Onehunga mural

A group project with Kim Littlejohn (working together on our section) and Anna Tang, Amrit Kaur, Sinivia Williams and Kahu Hurae. We worked on a long wall opposite Onehunga Primary School.

We chose nature from the local area, and our section at the right-hand end included a kōtuku ngutupapa (royal spoonbill), manawa (mangroves), harakeke. We also included the shape of a pipi and of Māngere mountain.
